ANZAAS Victorian Division
About Us
The Victorian division of ANZAAS is committed to maintaining ANZAAS as whole an effective body in the support of science. With our regular events in and around Melbourne, we are welcoming members as well as non-members, and we have taken great pleasure to see the success of our past events. It is gratifying to witness the increasing trend in the Victorian membership numbers and we believe that advances will carried over to other divisions as well, to ensure the overall progress of ANZAAS.
Our core activity is organising science talks throughout each year, intended for wide-ranging audiences of scientists and all other interested people. These events bring scientific research to widespread public attention, and allow everyonwe in the audience to meet and mingle with scientist at the concluding social part.
We also send regular newsletters to members to keep them informed about upcoming events and activties of ANZAAS.
